การวิจัยเรื่อง “คุณภาพการให้บริการของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบางขุนไทร จังหวัดเพชรบุรี” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการให้บริการของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบางขุนไทร จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 138 คน ซึ่งเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  และนำมาศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของคุณภาพการให้บริการในด้านต่างๆของของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบางขุนไทรเพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการให้บริการของของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบางขุนไทรในด้านต่างๆตามการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้บริการ 

          โดยผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณภาพการให้บริการของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบางขุนไทรด้านพฤติกรรมการให้บริการและด้านการปฏิบัติตามแผนมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อตัวตัวแปรอิสระคือเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งถือเป็นครึ่งหนึ่งของตัวแปรทั้งหมดที่นำมาศึกษา ส่วนตัวแปรอิสระอีกครึ่งหนึ่งที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการด้านพฤติกรรมและด้านการปฏิบัติตามแผนคือรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พฤติกรรมดูแลสุขภาพ(การตรวจสุขภาพ)ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พฤติกรรมการออกกําลังกายของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พฤติกรรมการรับประทานอาหารของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม

Research subject “Service quality of Bang Khun Sai Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital Phetchaburi Province” aimed to study the service quality of Bang Khun Sai Sub-District Health Promoting Hospital. Phetchaburi Province Using a quantitative research method, a sample of 138 people was collected using questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and to study the relationship of service quality in various aspects of Bang Khun Sai Sub-District Health Promoting Hospital to study the service quality of Bang Khun Sai Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in various aspects according to the perceptions of the people use the service

The results of the study found that The service quality of Bang Khun Sai Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in terms of service behavior and plan implementation was related to independent variables i.e. sex, age, educational level. Occupation of the respondents This is half of all the variables studied. The other half of the independent variables that did not correlate with the quality of service, behavioral, and compliance were respondents' average monthly income. Health care behaviors (health checks) of the respondents exercise behavior of the respondents Eating behavior of the respondents
